The nose is fruity, fine, subtle and elegant. It reveals notes of sugar cane, rancio, oak and a hint of smoke associated with slight notes of lychee, quenette as well as a discreet note of white fruits and spices. The palate is fruity, gourmand, fine, fat, suave, supple, well-built, relatively aerial and offers a small freshness as well as a good and unctuous matter. In the mouth this Rum expresses notes of quenette, pear and fine notes of exotic fruits associated with small notes of cooked brown sugar as well as slight notes of toasted oak and a discreet hint of peat on the finish. Good length.
