The nose is aromatic and relatively complex. It reveals notes of blackberry, cassis buds as well as slight notes of spices and a discreet touch of Sichuan pepper. The palate is fruity, mineral, relatively fresh and offers a silky matter as well as an acid frame. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of blackberry, cherry and cassis combined with a touch of cherry, small notes of licorice and slight toasted notes. Good length with a fine note of chocolate on the persistence. Tannins are fine and well-built.
