The nose is fresh, fruity and very discreetly tight. It reveals notes of quince, pear, small notes of pear flowers associated with small touches of brugnon and fine hints of lemon mesocarp. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers an acidulous frame, suavity as well as a small juiciness, a small fat, a good minerality and a very finely tight grain. On the palate this wine expresses notes of quince, juicy/fresh Mirabelle, small notes of crunchy pear associated with touches of crunchy apple as well as fine hints of apple flowers and an imperceptible hint of linden (in the background). Good length. A very discreet iodine hint on the finish/persistence.
