Tornatore – Peitrarizzo 2021 – Etna Bianco DOC

The nose is fruity, fresh and reveals elegance and a nice mineral character. There are notes of bright fresh apple, bright mirabelle plum small notes of bright berry fruits combined with hints of kumquat and a discreet floral touch. The palate is mineral and offers freshness, good definition, juiciness, acidity, some volume, a nice finesse in its fat and a little tension. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of bright yellow peach, bright mirabelle plum and, more slightly, quince, combined with touches of apple and fine white flower notes. Good length.
