Tolaini – Vigna Montebello Sette 2015 – Chianti Classico Gran Selezione

The nose is fruity and offers a fine concentration, a small power as well as a fine and slightly tight grain. The wine needs to be put in a carafe. It reveals notes of blackberry, wild cassis and small notes of Cuben pepper, sweet spices associated with fine touches of wild strawberry, a hint of thyme flowers, black olive and discreet hints of spices, Cuben pepper and an imperceptible hint of leather. The mouth is fruity, well-balanced and offers a good definition, juiciness, a fine gourmandize, an acidulous frame, freshness, pretty precision, beautiful finesse of straightness as well as tension. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of fleshy blackberry, fleshy / juicy cassis and small notes of crunchy wild raspberry associated with fine touches of violet, thyme flowers as well as a subtle hint of nutmeg, black olive, very fine caramel hints and an imperceptible hint of leather. Good length. A very discreet touch of bitterness on the aftertaste ( ^2nd caudalie).
