The mouth is fruity, well-balanced and offers a good definition, juiciness, a fine gourmandize, an acidulous frame, freshness, pretty precision, beautiful finesse of straightness as well as tension. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of fleshy blackberry, fleshy / juicy cassis and small notes of crunchy wild raspberry associated with fine touches of violet, thyme flowers as well as a subtle hint of nutmeg, black olive, very fine caramel hints and an imperceptible hint of leather.
