(Organic) The wine shows a pale golden colour, very vivid and attractive. The nose is bursting with notes of flower honey, ripe yellow apples, candied pears, a touch of ginger and dried apricots, with a light kerosene note in the background. The palate is luscious, opulent, rich, with sweetness perfectly balanced by the crisp, citrusy acidity. We find notes of candied lemon peel, confit ginger, bitter orange marmalade and sweet spices. All in balance! The finish is long, succulent and refreshing with a light almond bitterness in the echo. Good grip.
