(Organic) The wine shows a pale lemon colour. The nose is delicate, slightly herbal with very subtle notes of green apple, fresh cut grass, a touch of lime and quince. The palate is tight, very linear, with piercing, almost painful acidity, elegant, lean body, grippy texture and delicate floral notes of elderflower, apple blossom, a touch of lime and nettle. A very elegant, mineral style of Furmint with a long ageing potential.
