This Crémant has a shiny and clear color with a light pink color. The nose is fresh and fruity between black fruits like blackberry and red fruits like strawberry. It’s discreet with a hint of pepper and flowers like rose. With air, there is a hint of racy minerality. The palate is fresh with dynamic bubbles. We find the discreet bitterness of blackberry skin accompanied by black cherry and a slightly smoky appearance. There is a beautiful balance and invigorating acidity. There is a hint of blackberry compote on the finish. Pretty.
