This crémant has a pale straw yellow color. The nose is fresh and fruity with notes of crunchy apple as well as green plum. There is a hint of mango as well as lychee with fresh vanilla. The second nose is always delicate, almost powdery. The palate is fresh with apple and a dynamic effervescence which refreshes the whole. We perceive a slight bitterness brought by citrus fruits such as grapefruit and lemon. There is a lovely finesse, straightness and seductive white grape notes that continue on the finish. It’s fresh, fruity and simple.
