The crémant has a clear, pale straw yellow color. The nose is fresh, round with discreet woody notes. We have a nice touch of white peach as well as white grapes. With air, the second nose is more exotic with mango and pineapple. There is a discreet pleasant hint of vanilla. The palate is fresh with nice acidity. The effervescence is dynamic. We have touches of almond with a nice acidity like that of redcurrant. The finish is more discreet, still with the presence of red apple and white grapes. There is a beautiful balance and great finesse.
