The nose is fruity and offers minerality and a fine freshness. There are notes of exotic fruits (quenette, papaya) associated with small notes of citrus, zest, flowers and discreet fleshy peach spice and spices. The palate is fruity, balanced, precise, discreetly tart and offers a little freshness, minerality, a very fine tension, a mineral frame and crunchy. On the palate this wine expresses notes of exotic fruits and lighter citrus (lemon, yuzu, kumquat) associated with fine spikes of flowers, crispy peach and an imperceptible touch of beeswax / spices. Good length.
