The nose is fine, fruity, straight, elegant, finely gourmand and offers a fine roundness, a good structure and a fine intensity. It reveals notes of cherry and fine touches of apple associated with a subtle hint of candied lemon as well as a discreet hint of crystallized mandarin, rose, cinnamon and an imperceptible hint of plum. The palate is fruity, fine, elegant, well-built, finely gourmande and offers power. On the palate, this Whisky expresses notes of cherry, crushed berries and plum associated with fine touches of apple, candied citrus fruits as well as a subtle touch of caramelization, toasted bread, a touch of gray pepper, chocolate, dried fruit and an imperceptible hint of heather. Good length. The aftertaste is beautifully powerful.
