The nose is aromatic. It reveals notes of plum, cassis and crushed black cherry associated with hints of flowers, red fruits as well as subtle hints of spices and a very discreet hint of pepper (in the background). The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a slight gourmandize, a beautiful freshness, a nice definition, a beautiful guideline as well as finesse. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of juicy Quetsche plum, blackberry and slight touches of raspberry associated with a hint of cherry as well as a slight hint of vanilla. Tannins are well-built. Good length and persistence.
