The nose is fruity and offers a slight gourmandise, a slight freshness as well as a slight intensity. It reveals notes of ripe lemon, lemon paste and slight notes of ripe/fresh mandarin associated with hints of salin minerality as well as a hint of Granny Smith apple. The palate is fruity, fresh, mineral, well-balanced, racy and offers a beautiful mineral frame, a slight acidity, fat as well as a slight suavity. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of fresh/juicy lemon and fresh flat peach associated with hints of green apple, slight touches of green lemon zests as well as an imperceptible hint of juicy/fresh yellow peach. Good length.
