The Debate – Cabernet Sauvignon 2017, Artalade Vineyard – Napa Valley

The nose is fresh, fruity and offers intensity and power. It reveals notes of wild cassis, wild strawberry and small notes of blueberry associated with fine touches of violet, discreet hints of iris and fine hints of Timut pepper. The mouth is fresh, fruity, well-balanced and offers a good definition, gourmandize, a beautiful guideline as well as tension. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of fleshy cassis, fleshy blackberry and small notes of black cherry associated with fine touches of cornflower, violet as well as fine hints of tonka bean. Tannins are elegant, structuring and racy. A very discreet hint of cocoa and caramelization on the persistence.
