The nose is fresh, powerful and offers elegance and a beautiful finesse. It reveals notes of blackberry, violet and small notes of cassis associated with touches of small blue fruits, a hint of iris as well as fine hints of Timut pepper and sens of the place. The mouth is fruity, fresh, well-balanced and offers a beautiful definition, gourmandize as well as an acidulous frame. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of fleshy/juicy cassis, juicy/fleshy blackberry and small notes of raspberry associated with small touches of blueberry/juicy plum as well as fine hints of cornflower, crushed strawberry and caramelization. Tannins are precise, elegant and structuring.
