The nose is powerful. It reveals notes of peat, cedar, juniper and a touch of peppermint combined with hints of barley, tea and apple peel. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, unctuous and offers a fine fat. In the mouth, this Whisky expresses notes of caramelization, pâtisseries and fine notes of cherry combined with fine touches of candied lemon, a subtle hint of candied mirabelle plum, cedar wood, sour cherry and peat. Good length.
