The nose is aromatic and offers power and some intensity. It expresses notes of dried apricot, Corinth raisins and – small notes of orangette, combined with touches of cumin, turmeric, dried mango as well as points of rosemary/aromatic herbs and a hint of pepper and sense of place. The palate is fruity and offers a certain gourmandise, a tangy/spicy frame, tension, a certain lightness in its richness, and a nice acidity of the fruit. It expresses notes of dried apricot, candied peach and – small notes of kumquat/dried mandarin associated with touches of candied physalis as well as hints of spices, sweet blond tobacco and a fine hint of toasted hazelnut and a hint of toast. Good length and gourmandise.
