Teperberg – Cabernet Sauvignon 2013 – Essence – Israël

The nose is fruity, fine and relatively gourmand. It reveals notes of plum, cassis and slight notes of strawberry associated with a hint of licorice, toasted oak as well as discreet hints of sweet spices and slight touches of chocolate. The mouth is fruity, voluminous, relatively elegant and offers a nice minerality, finesse as well as fat. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of juicy blackberry and cassis associated with slight notes of red fruits, toasted wood as well as slight notes of cardamon and chocolate. Tannins are fine, well-built and structuring. Good length. A wine made in a more easy-drinking style than “Legacy” wines range.
