Beautiful aromatic nose and marked by aromatic herbs. Beautiful intensity. There are notes of wild mint, local scrubland and eucalyptus associated with touches of volcanic rock/basalt, balsamic as well as fine hints of pepper (in the background). The palate is fruity and offers minerality, freshness, frankness, sincerity, a beautiful definition as well as an acidulous frame. Nice racy minerality. On the palate this wine expresses notes of small fresh/local red berries, fresh red plum and small notes of balsamic associated with touches of small flowers, olive leaf as well as fine hints of tonka bean and toasted almond. Nice work on the good bitterness.
