Tenute I fauri – Ottobre Rosso 2021 – Montepulciano d’Abruzzo

Beautiful fruity nose that offers a slight concentration, précision and a very slight intensity. It reveals notes of crushed raspberry, crushed blackberry and small notes of roasted blueberry associated with touches of plum as well as slight hints of chocolate. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, a mineral frame, acidulity, precision as well as gourmandize. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy cherry, crushed red plum and small notes of cornflowers associated with touches of roasted blueberry, hints of racy minerality as well as slight hints of flowers and olive tree leaves. Discreet hints of chocolate and toasted in the background. Good length.
