The nose is beautifuly well-built and offers a slight concentration, deepness as well as precision. It reveals notes of crunchy flat peach and white flowers associated with touches of apricot as well as slight hints almost lemony. The palate is fruity and offers precision, a mineral/ acidulous frame, a good definition as well as a certain juiciness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/ pulpy peach, juicy/ pulpy apple and small notes of white flowers associated with touches of fresh apricot and slight hints of lychee/ quenette. Good energy. A subtle hint of salt and olive tree in the background.
