The nose offers a small concentration, a certain power, elegance, a fine intensity, a small complexity as well as a fine deepness. It reveals notes of Bigarreau cherry, candied raspberry and small notes of blackberry associated with touches of crushed redcurrants, violets, lilies, fine hints of small blue fruits, zan, black olive as well as discreet hints of lilac, a very discreet hint of thyme flowers, subtle hints of sweet blond tobacco and sweet spices. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers an acidulous frame, juiciness, a beautiful definition, a small tension, precision, a certain generosity, suavity, a fine roundness as well as a fine aerial side. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of bright cherry, crushed raspberry and small notes of pulpy / juicy purple plum associated with small touches of small jammy red berries, violets, lilies, thyme flowers as well as discrete hints of sweet spices, fresh blond tobacco, tonka bean and an imperceptible hint of sense of the place (local biotop).
