The nose is fresh, fruity, slightly tight, and a little bit restrained. There are notes of quince and fresh yellow berries with hints of apple and a subtle hint of medlar and very fine almond/pastry. The palate is fresh, mineral, balanced and reveals a fine tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crisp nectarine, fresh/pulpy apple small notes of of yellow berries/loquat combined with touches of racy minerality as well as subtle hints of fresh hazelnut and a very discrete almost pastry/beeswax-like edge.
