The nose is fresh and fruity. It reveals notes of ripe lemon, kumquat and small notes of crushed peach combined with touches of yellow fruit, fresh almond, racy minerality and a very discreet / imperceptible hint of olive tree (in the background). The palate is fruity, elegant, well-balanced, gourmand and offers a beautiful definition, suavity, a (very) slight unctuosity, suavity, precision, a small melodious side, roundness as well as a small dynamism. On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe lemon, juicy quince and juicy small yellow fruits combined with small notes of crushed nectarine, beeswax, pineapple as well as very discreet notes of ripe / juicy citrus fruits. Good length and persistence. There are a fine creaminess, a hint of toasted almond as well as a very discreet tannic sensation on the persistence.
