The palate is polished and offers quite ripe fruit, minerality, and some energy at the same time. It expresses notes of forest flor, fine hints of clove, balsamic and a hint of almost dried violet/dried flowers and spices, fine varietal and saline hints in the background. The nose is spicy, peppery and expresses notes of dry local subsoil and cloves.
