The nose is fruity, elegant, beautifully built and offers a fine freshness. It reveals notes of bigarreau cherry, flowers (cornflower, thyme) and small notes of fleshy raspberry associated with small touches of Sichuan pepper, blackberry as well as discreet hints of nutmeg (in the background). The palate is fruity, mineral, well-balanced, very finely tight and offers a mineral frame, a beautiful precision/finesse, a good guideline as well as a good definition. On the palate this wine expresses note of wild red berries, bigarreau cherry and small notes of blackberry associated with touches of flowers, liquorice as well as dine hints of toasted oak, vanilla and a very discreet hint of gray pepper (in the background). Tannins are well-built.
