The nose is aromatic, finely spicy and offers a small power. It reveals notes of blackberry, chocolate and small notes of red fruits associated with touches of fresh wild blackberry, discreet hints of zan as well as a very discreet hint of rose wood and tobacco. The palate is mineral, well-balanced and offers a good definition, a fine acidulous (in the background), juiciness, suavity as well as a mineral frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crunchy red berries, cherry and small notes of violet associated with hints of nutmeg, sweet spices, tobacco, zan and discreet hints of tonka bean (in the background). Tannins are structuring and slightly firm. Good length.
