The nose is fruity, fresh, elegant and offers intensity (full of control) and a good definition. It reveals notes of cassis, cornflower, lilac, small notes of crushed blueberry associated with touches of crushed strawberry as well as hints of sense of the place (fresh local biotope), liquorice, a discreet hint of Badiane and pepper. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers suavity, a pulpy/juicy fruit, gourmandize as well as a fine acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy cassis, pulpy/juicy blackberry, small notes of cooked cassis associated with touches of crushed strawberry, blueberry, black olive as well as hints of tobacco, fine hints of sense of the place, a discreet hint of caramelized hazelnut and an imperceptible hint of fresh vanilla pod. A persistence on notes of cocoa.
