Teetor-Totter – Cabernet Sauvignon 2015 – Napa Valley

The nose is fruity, well-balanced and slightly power. It reveals notes of blueberry, cassis and black cherry associated with slight / discreet toasted hints. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, a good definition, gourmandise, a slight suavity, unctuosity as well as a beautiful finesse of the grain. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy blackberry and fleshy cassis associated with slight / discreet hints of blueberry, subtle hints of plum, slight touches of liquorice, sweet spices as well as subtle hints of vanilla and subtle toasted hints. Tannins are fine and well-built. Good length.
