The nose is aromatic, deep, intense, elegant and precise. It reveals notes of boysenberry, crushed blueberry and small notes of crushed raspberry associated with a touch of redcurrant jelly as well as slight touches of flowers (rose, violet), nutmeg, cinnamon and spices. The palate is fruity, fresh, juicy, elegant, well-balanced and offers a beautiful definition / precision, a slight mineral frame, a slight tension, a beautiful finesse, a beautiful volume, power, a good structure as well as racy minerality. On the palate this Porto expresses notes of crushed blueberry, fleshy / fresh raspberry and small notes of crushed redcurrant associated with a touch of tonka bean, toasted / caramelized oak, almond as well as a touch of spices and vanilla. Tannins are very fine. Good length and beautiful persistence. There is an imperceptible touch of espresso on the finish/ persistence. A beautiful and promising wine (2023+)
