The nose is fruity, well-built, well-balanced and offers richness. It reveals notes of pear in syrup, candied peach and pineapple in syrup associated with fine touches of candied citrus (lemon, mandarin) as well as a subtle hint of flowers (in the background). The palate is fresh, fruity, well-balanced, mineral, precise and offers suavity, sugariness, unctuosity, a good freshness as well tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of candied pear and candied peach associated with small notes of citrus, roasted pineapple, candied lemon as well as a hint of quenette and candied ginger (in the background). Good length. A vintage made in a “lighter” style and easy-drinking.
