The nose is fruity, well-built and offers freshness, elegance as well as lightness (the style of this wine). It reveals notes of candied lemon, candied peach and small notes of litchi/nuts, quince associated with small touches of marzipan as well as slight hints of candied ginger and nutmeg. The palate is fruity, beautifully balanced and offers a good definition, juiciness, lightness / aerial side, tension, fat as well as a fine mineral frame (in the background). On the palate this wine expresses notes of candied lemon, candied pear and small notes of candied peach associated with a touch of quince, a hint of mango as well as discreet hints of marzipan and flowers.
