The wine shows a pale lemon colour with a metallic hue. The nose is slightly muted and restrained, with aeration revealing nuances of white meadow flowers, honeysuckle, peach blossom, enlivened by a note of white pepper and wormwood. On the palate the wine is spicy and intense. The notes of spices interlace with nuances of ripe apples, yellow pears, a touch of pineapple and dried herbs. The finish echoes the palate with a base note of white pepper and a lick of bitterness.
