The nose is elegant, fresh, precise and offers a small flowery side, an aerial side as well as a certain delicacy. It reveals notes of juicy/fresh blackberry, violet, fresh lily, small notes of crushed strawberry associated with touches of crushed raspberry associated with touches of crushed raspberry, pink laurel, sweet spices, dry local grove (sense of the place) and discreet hints of pepper (in the background). The palate is fruity, fresh, elegant, beautifully mineral/fresh and offers delicacy, gourmandize as well as tension, precision, a beautiful guideline and energy. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy raspberry, pulpy/fresh strawberry, small notes of juicy cassis associated with touches of violet, lilac, small juicy/fresh black fruits associated with touches of fresh blue plum, pink laurel, mild tobacco as well as discreet hints of racy minerality, sweet spices, an imperceptible hint of fresh vanilla pod (in the background) and caramelization. Sapidity and gourmandize in the finish/persistence. Tannins are precise, elegant and structuring. A beautiful persistence on notes of juicy fruits, toasted hazelnut and on fine caramelization.
