The palate is fruity, mineral, well-balanced, silky and offers freshness, fat and a small suavity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of cassis jam, blackberry and fine touches of cherry associated with hints of red berries / redcurrant as well as slight touches of caramelized oak and a discreet hint of coconut / vanilla on the finish.
