The nose is fruity, a small tight and offers a slight richness. The wine needs to be put in carafe. It reveals notes of cassis, black cherry and wild berries associated with small touches of crushed redcurrants, wild raspberry, Cuben / gray pepper as well as slight toasted touches and blond tobacco. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, structured and offers minerality, a good definition as well as a very slight saline sensation (in the background). On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy cassis, fleshy blackberry and small notes of fleshy / juicy raspberry associated with small / fine touches of wild berries, spices as well as discreet hints of gray pepper, chocolate, grove / local forest, violet, Zan and an imperceptible hint of tobacco (in the background). Tannins are a bit firm and very slightly dry. Good length.
