The nose is fine and offers a fine concentration. It reveals notes of raisins, dried plums and touches of candied citrus associated with a hint of beeswax, pâtisseries as well as a discreet hint of sweet spices / coconut, hazelnut and vanilla. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a good straightness, a good guideline, gourmandise as well as a fine suavity. On the palate this Rum expresses notes of candied lemon, pâtisseries / caramelization and slight notes of crystallized tangerine associated with a toasted hint, dried citrus, coconut / vanilla as well as an imperceptible touch of liquorice and pepper.
