On the palate this wine expresses notes of crushed blackberry / blackberry cream, fleshy / juicy cassis and small notes of fleshy raspberry combined with slight notes of cherry, touches of plum, a subtle touch of soft caramel (in background) as well as a discreet hint of violet, sweet spices, toasted hint and vanilla.
