The nose is fruity and slightly powerful. It reveals notes of candied lemon and crystallized mandarin associated with slight touches of kumquat as well as a hint of pineapple and spices. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a slight freshness, a slight suavity, a slight unctuosity, a slight acid frame (in the background), a nice balance, a certain finesse as well as a small bright side. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of candied lemon, candied clementine and slight notes of pear in syrup, compoted brugnon associated with a subtle hint of roasted pineapple and dry fruits/almond on the finish/persistence. Good length.
