The palate is fruity, well-balanced, mineral, suave, slightly tight and offers a slight acid frame, gourmandise, a slight fat, tension, a certain purity of the fruit as well as a nice definition. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of compoted peach and ripe pear associated with slight notes of litchi, flowers as well as touches of citrus and a subtle hint of yuzu.
