The nose is flowery and offers freshness. It reveals notes of elderberry flowers, small white flowers and very fine hints of crystallized lemon associated with discreet hints of crystallized lemon flowers and a hint of lavender. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a juicy/mineral frame, tension as well as precision. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crystallized lemon, elderberry flowers and small notes of crunchy pineapple associated with very discreet hints of crystallized yuzu as well as very discreet hints of crunchy green apple. An imperceptible hint of almond and ginger on the persistence as well as a good acidulous/zesty frame.
