The nose is fruity and offers a fine intensity and a fine complexity. It reveals notes of blackcurrant, black plum and small notes of cornflower associated with fine touches of crunchy strawberry as well as very discreet hints of Sichuan pepper and a subtle hint of graphite. The mouth is fruity, well-balanced and offers a juicy/fresh frame as well as precision, tension and a fine suavity. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of juicy/acidulous blackcurrant, juicy/acidulous plum and small notes of cherry associated with fine touches of redcurrant, cornflower, rose as well as very discreet hints of cardamom and flint. Tannins are well-built. Very discreet hints of liquorice, caramelization and ripe almond from the 3rd/4th caudalie.
