The nose is fruity, fresh, elegant and offers a beautiful finesse, a good definition and delicacy. It reveals notes of Boysen berries, blackcurrant and small notes of crunchy Quetsche plum associated with fine touches of wild strawberry, cornflower, toasted/caramelization as well as discreet hints of sappy pine nut, discreet hints of spices and a subtle hint of Cuben pepper. The mouth is fruity, fresh, elegant and offers a beautiful definition, precision, a beautiful finesse of the grain as well as a beautiful tension/guideline. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of ripe/juicy Quetsche plum, juicy/ripe blackcurrant and small notes of blackberry associated with fine touches of raspberry as well as hints of cardamom and an imperceptible hint of caramelization/toasted. Good length and definition.
