The saké is transparent with a nice silver reflect. The nose is clean with a medium intensity of green melon, pineapple and some sweet chestnut notes. The mouth is sweet at the attack with a milky texture. The aromas are puffed rice, pepper, mirabelle and pear. Some bitterness appears in the middle of the tasting: the saké has a lot of textures with discreet aromas.
