It reveals notes of crushed cassis, cherry and fine touches of ripe pepper associated with touches of chocolate, hints of coffee as well as a subtle hint of spices (in the background) and a very discreet hint of gray pepper (in the background). The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a fine mineral frame, straightness, a fine tension and a certain delicacy. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crushed cassis, fleshy cherry / juicy and touches of coffee associated with fine hints of chocolate, wood as well as subtle hints of spices and an imperceptible touch of red bell pepper (in the background) and subtle hints of cardamom (in the background).
