The nose is fruity and offers a small power as well as a very fine concentration. It reveals notes of raspberry, strawberry and small notes of fleshy / juicy cassis associated with fine touches of licorice stick, local grove, licorice stick as well as a discreet hint of thyme flower, olive tree and a very discreet hint of gray pepper. The mouth is fruity, mineral, well-balanced and offers a mineral frame, freshness, dynamism, precision as well as finesse. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fresh raspberry, small fresh red berries and small notes of racy minerality associated with fine touches of fresh cassis, thyme flowers, rosemary, a very discreet hint of spice as well as with an imperceptible hint of tea and pepper. Tannins are very finely marked. Presence of an imperceptible hint of balsamic and chocolate on the finish / persistence.
