The nose is fruity and offers a very slight concentration as well as a very slight power. It reveals notes of flat peach, quince and small notes of vanilla associated with small / slight touches of Mirabelle plum, pear as well as discreet hints of white flowers and butter. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a slight unctuosity, a certain delicacy, roundness, fat, power / concentration, a small tension, a slight freshness as well as a slight acid frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of quince, crushed mirabelle plum and small notes of pear associated with touches of vanilla, slight touches of marmalade, butter, slight toasted notes, spices (in the background) and a very discreet hint of pepper (in the background). There is a touch of green pepper on the persistence.
