Sensation by La Sanglière 2016 – Côtes de Provence

The nose is fruity, gourmand, aromatic and intense. It reveals notes of wild strawberry, reducrrant and slight hints of cassis associated with a subtle hint of citrus zests as well as small hints of spices. The palate is fruity, suave, elegant, precise and offers a beautiful finesse, a beautiful freshness, a beautiful definition as well as deepness. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of fleshy wild raspberry, redcurrant and small touches of wild strawberry, compoted brugnon as well as touches of citrus zests and a very discreet/imperceptible hint of spices (in the background). Good length.
